Sheila Eldridge

Sheila moved to Sydney from the USA over 25 years ago and after successfully working in relocations, Sheila expanded her services to assisting her clients purchase their new home or investment property.  

Sheila is a fully licensed real estate agent and it is her passion and understanding of the market that helped her build up a successful buyer's agency.

Sheila prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with her clients by listening and understanding their needs and wants. She then translates that information into finding their new home or investment property by working closely with the local agents.

Chelly Payne

With Chelly's astute financial acumen and her innate ability to understand clients' needs, Chelly has recently taken up the role of a buyer's agent. As a buyer's agent, she will bring her extensive experience in banking and finance to the table, and tap into her extensive network of connections to find you the perfect property. 

 

Chelly's approach to buyer representation is different from that of a traditional real estate agent who might be more focused on the sale. Instead, she will work closely with you to understand your specific requirements, whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor. By doing so, she can provide her clients with a bespoke service that ensures every detail is considered, every question answered, and every need met.
