Sheila Eldridge

Sheila moved to Sydney from the USA more than 30 years ago. After building a successful relocation business, she expanded her services to help clients purchase their next home or investment property.

A fully licensed real estate agent, Sheila combines a deep understanding of the Sydney property market with a personal, attentive approach. These qualities have been central to the success of her buyer’s agency, Property Advisory Services.

Sheila takes the time to listen and understand each client’s needs, priorities and goals. Working closely with local agents, she uses that insight to find the right property and guide her clients through the buying process.

Property Advisory Sydney has grown through word of mouth and referrals, reflecting the strong relationships Sheila builds and the results she achieves for her clients.

Fred Eldridge 

Fred joined the team in February, bringing two years of experience on the sales side of the real estate industry. His background gives him valuable insight into how selling agents work and what buyers can expect throughout the purchasing process.

With a degree in Business and Sports Management, Fred combines his property experience with strong communication skills and a personable approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and works closely with Sheila to help them find the right home or investment property.
