Our full service offers the initial briefing and advice followed by:
Property research and evaluation
Inspections of short listed properties
Comparative Market Analysis
Negotiation and property acquisition
Exchange of contracts
Pre-settlement inspection; final settlement
We require an initial non-refundable retainer with a signed Agency Agreement before we can start our work with you. Final payment due at exchange of contracts.
Attendance without success: $500 (GST included)
Attendance with successful purchase $1000 (GST included)
EVALUATION & NEGOTIATION
If you feel you will only need assistance with evaluating the property you have found and negotiating the sale price we are happy to step in and give you a hand. Prices for those services will vary and we will negotiate your service fee accordingly.
At Property Advisory Sydney we value our clients and our work.
Our pricing schedule reflects this by charging a flat fee of 1% on your final purchase price for anything $1M and below and 1.5% on any final purchase price over that.
